A tribute to everyday rituals and the textures of life through Frederik\u2019s eyes, it took us across cities: from Paris to London, Copenhagen to New York, and all the way to Seoul.<\/strong>\r\n\r\nThe year ended with a celebration where it all began\u2014a candlelit dinner at 'home' in Atelier September, toasting the anniversary of both Atelier September: A Place for Daytime Cooking<\/i><\/a> and All The Stuff We Cooked: 49 recipes by Frederik Bille Brahe<\/i><\/a>, \u00a0illustrated by Masanao Hirayama and first published in 2020.<\/strong>\r\n\r\nThe night featured bouquets of purple cabbage, soft matcha tiramisu, and Masanao Hirayama drawings adorning the menus and t-shirts made for this special occasion. Wine flowed, conversation sparked\u2014an ode to the small rituals of the day-to-day and the community we build around food.
